CHS engagements are intentionally limited in scope. The objective is to identify material human‑system risk under real operating conditions — not to introduce programmes, frameworks, or open‑ended organisational change.
Most work begins with a short, diagnostic review focused on a single system, role, or operational context where failure would carry material consequence.
Review focuses on how cognition behaves under demand: cognitive load, fatigue accumulation, verification pressure, alert density, context switching, and temporal compression.
Analysis is system‑level and operational. Individuals are not assessed, ranked, or compared.
Findings are communicated as technical risk signals suitable for operational, safety, and risk functions.
Where no material risk is identified, work ends. There is no obligation to extend or repeat the engagement.
